3. Application: Cutting tools with perfomance of hard

Anneal temperature: 860-880
Relief annealing temperature: 720-760
Hardening temperature: 1160-1190
Hardening medium: Salt bath under 600, aslo use oil cooling or air cooling
Normal temper temperation: 540-560
RC Rockwell Hardness after hardening and temper: 66-68
Characteristic: High performance tungsten-molybdenum high speed steel, Excellent performance of hardness, red hardness, thermoplasticity, machinability. Only weak in toughness
Application: Used in various of complicated tools, e. G pricision broaches, form cutter, professional lathe tool and various high hardness tools.
